A quotation is typically a price-focused document with BOM and costs. A proposal is more comprehensive: it adds the system details, terms and conditions, and your company profile. In Quickest Solar CRM you build both from templates with your logo, items, product photos, and terms and conditions.
Can I add labour and miscellaneous costs?
Yes. Add labour, transportation, scaffolding, civil work, and any other cost items as line items, and edit any line before finalizing.
Is the subsidy right for my state?
The PM Surya Ghar subsidy is applied in the proposal. Subsidy rules can change, and state top-ups differ, so confirm the final amount against the official portal and your DISCOM or state agency notification before you quote a customer.
Can customers negotiate after receiving the quote?
Yes. Edit the line items and share the revised PDF. Prices come from the admin-set price list, which includes margin.
What format are the quotes exported in?
