01   What is the full form of sales CRM?

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a technique that allows you to manage all of your company's relationships and interactions with current and prospective customers. The purpose is straightforward: to strengthen business relationships. A CRM system assists businesses in staying connected to customers, streamlining activities, and increasing profitability.

02   What is QuickEst?

QuickEst (a short form of "Quick Estimates") is cloud-based sales CRM software. It's mobile-friendly and easy to use from any device. QuickEst is mainly designed to grow the sales of businesses dealing in retail products or B2B services, Solar EPC, Real Estate, Showroom owners, Service consultants, and similar verticals.

03   Who can use QuickEst and benefit from it?

QuickEst has a unique business model. Any business involved in selling products online or offline can benefit from QuickEst. It helps you manage your customers, generate and send quick estimates, check your sales team's performance, and get insights into your business with respect to sales.

09   How much will QuickEst cost me?

The basic version is absolutely free, 10 estimates per month, 1 user. You can opt for the Pro plan at ₹6,999/user/year (minimum 3 users) once you're ready to scale. See pricing for full details.

10   How much time does it take to generate an estimate?

Practically, in less than a minute, and ideally within 30 seconds, you can have your client receive the estimate. It's that fast and easy. PM Surya Ghar subsidy and DISCOM tariff are auto-applied based on the customer's state.

11   Can I access QuickEst through my mobile phone?

Yes, from salesperson to business owner, everyone in the hierarchy can access QuickEst through their mobile phones by downloading the QuickEst mobile app for both Android and iOS. It's faster to use the mobile app to generate estimates within 30 seconds.

12   Can my salesperson link his WhatsApp account with QuickEst?

Yes. Your salesperson can link their WhatsApp account or WhatsApp Business account to share estimates with clients. The generated estimate PDF can also be shared directly via Gmail or any other platform.

13   How many users can work together on one QuickEst account?

There's no upper limit. The Pro plan starts at a 3-user minimum, beyond that, add as many seats as your team needs. Enterprise plans offer SSO and role-based access for 25+ user teams.

14   What details of my sales team should I track as a business owner?

As a business owner, you need to keep track of your sales team's daily tasks and check their monthly performance. That's enough to identify where the team is lacking and what corrective actions to take. QuickEst's dashboard shows lead-by-rep, conversion rate, MW pipeline, and follow-up SLAs.

15   Can I get analytics and insights of my sales team?

Yes. The real-time dashboard gives you a 360° view: leads by source, proposal volume, conversion rate, MW pipeline value, rep leaderboard, and follow-up performance. Trends are tracked over time so you can spot what's working and what isn't.

16   How is the estimate PDF auto-generated?

Most of the groundwork is done from our end. As a salesperson, you just need to select the items, choose pictures (which you want to display in the PDF), testimonials, and warranty terms, and that's it. Your job is done. PM Surya Ghar subsidy is auto-applied.

17   Can my sales team edit the auto-generated estimate PDF template?

Of course. The auto-generated PDF can be edited any number of times until you and your client settle on a price feasible for both. Each time you revise the quotation, share the updated version with the client.

18   How efficiently can I get support from the QuickEst team?

Real humans, in Surat, on IST hours. WhatsApp gets the fastest reply (within 1 hour during business hours). Email support@quickestimate.co. Pro customers get priority support and video-call onboarding.

19   What upcoming features can I expect to see in QuickEst?

Active roadmap items include: Hindi UI, deeper IndiaMART/JustDial integrations, automated DISCOM net-meter applications, AI-suggested follow-up timing, and expanded BOM templates per panel/inverter brand. Public roadmap on request, message us on WhatsApp.

20   How does automatic follow-up work?

Whenever you add a lead, the software gives you three statuses: in-progress, accepted, or declined. When a deal is in progress, you set a reminder date and time. You'll receive a push notification on your mobile at the set date and time. The notification includes the notes section so you can pick up exactly where the previous conversation left off.

21   Does QuickEst send me push notifications?

Yes. When you set a reminder date, time, and reason for the follow-up, QuickEst sends you a push notification on your mobile at the specified time. If you have 5 follow-up tasks today at different times, the app sends each notification at its specified time so you never forget to update the lead status.

22   What is sales performance (%)?

Sales performance measures how efficient a salesperson is at completing their assigned tasks within the deadline. If a salesperson has 5 tasks for today and only completes 3, the app reflects that 2 tasks weren't completed on the given deadline. Converted to a percentage, this becomes their sales performance score.

23   What is the task completion ratio?

It's the ratio of the number of assigned tasks to the number of completed tasks for a salesperson, a clean way to track productivity over time.
