Solar Site Survey & Land Feasibility
Accurate topographic data, soil analysis and feasibility reports for solar project planning — contour mapping, geo-technical surveys and Earth Resistivity Reports, across India.
What Is Site Survey & Land Feasibility?
A site survey establishes what is actually on and under a parcel of land before anyone designs a plant for it. Feasibility work then answers the commercial question that follows: is this site worth building on, at the capacity you have in mind, at a cost that still works.
It is the cheapest stage of a project and the one that decides the cost of every stage after it. A contour error changes the civil bill. A soil surprise changes the foundation type. An Earth Resistivity Report changes the earthing design. Each of those is a modest line item at survey stage and an expensive variation once mobilised.
Surveys are carried out across India using survey-grade equipment, and the outputs feed directly into pre-design, detailed engineering and structural foundation work.
What we need from you
- Land boundary details and site access information
- Approximate parcel location and extent
- Target capacity, if you have one
- Which reports the project needs — contour, soil, geo-technical or resistivity
Tools used
What's Included
Every item below is a documented part of the Site Survey & Feasibility scope.
Contour Mapping Survey
Topographic survey of the parcel producing the contour data that layout and civil design are built on.
Soil Testing
Soil investigation on site, establishing the ground conditions the foundation design has to work with.
Geo-Technical Reports
Geo-technical reporting on the site investigation, in the form the structural engineer needs.
Earth Resistivity Reports
Resistivity measurement used to design the plant's earthing system correctly for the site.
Land Feasibility Assessment
Feasibility observations on the parcel and the supporting reports required for reliable design.

Who Site Survey & Feasibility Is For
Solar Developers
Establish whether a parcel supports your target capacity before the acquisition is committed.
Utility-Scale Developers
Get the contour and geo-technical basis that ground-mount and foundation design depend on.
Solar EPCs
Price civil and foundation work against measured site data instead of an allowance.
Engineering Teams
Start detailed design from survey data rather than from satellite imagery and assumptions.
Why Survey Data Decides The Budget
Redesigns Avoided
Accurate site data prevents the redesign loop that starts when the ground does not match the drawing.
Foundations Costed Properly
Soil and geo-technical results tell you the foundation type before you price the civil scope, not after.
Earthing Designed For The Site
Earth Resistivity Reports let the earthing system be designed for the resistivity actually measured on that land.
A Clean Handover To Design
Survey outputs feed straight into pre-design, detailed engineering and structural work without re-measurement.
