This privacy policy applies to all information collected or submitted on QuickEst's website and our app for Android and iOS platforms.
1. Information we collect
When you create an account, we ask for your phone number and email address. These details are only used for login, responding to user-initiated queries, and sending requested notifications. QuickEst does not send promotional emails.
Client data: QuickEst stores information about your leads and clients as well as their activity in response to content you share with them.
Usage data: We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve QuickEst, such as feature usage rates.
Technical data: If you enable notifications, we store a notification token to facilitate this functionality. We also use cookies on our website and equivalent tokens in our app to keep you logged in. Basic technical data, like IP addresses, may be stored in server logs for security and performance purposes.
2. Data storage and security
File uploads: Files uploaded to QuickEst are stored securely until you choose to delete them.
Security measures: We use a range of security protocols to protect your data. All communications with the QuickEst app and website require HTTPS encryption. Users can login to the app via OTP only. We don't store passwords.
3. Third-party services
For improved performance and load management, user traffic is routed through trusted service providers, who may access limited technical information to perform their functions, such as IP addresses. These providers have their own privacy policies governing data handling (e.g., Cloudflare).
Analytics: QuickEst collects aggregated and anonymous statistics to monitor app performance and improve user experience (e.g., Firebase services).
4. How we use your information
QuickEst uses your information solely to operate and enhance our app, website, and customer support. We do not share personal data with outside parties except when necessary to fulfill QuickEst's functions, such as sharing contact details with clients as authorized by you.
5. Legal compliance and disclosure
We may disclose your information if required by law, in response to legal processes such as subpoenas or court orders, or to protect our legal rights. We may also disclose information to investigate potential fraud, abuse, or violations of QuickEst's policies.
6. Accessing, changing, or deleting your information
At QuickEst, we believe in empowering you to control your data. You can access, update, or delete your information at any time. Below are the available options:
6.1 Self-service data management
- Editing information: Users can access and update their profile and lead information directly through the QuickEst app. Simply navigate to the relevant section to make changes or updates to any lead or contact data.
- Deleting individual leads or data in bulk: To delete lead data, you can select individual leads or bulk select and delete them through the CRM interface. This action permanently removes the selected data from our servers.
6.2 Account deletion
If you wish to delete your QuickEst account and all associated data permanently, you can do so through the QuickEst mobile app by:
- Navigating to "Settings."
- Selecting "Delete Account."
- Following the OTP verification process for security confirmation.
This action will permanently delete your account along with all data, including leads and contacts stored on our servers.
6.3 Support-assisted data deletion
If you need assistance with data deletion, you can request deletion by contacting our support team at support@quickestimate.co or by calling +91 92744 86197. Our team will verify your request and ensure your data is deleted within 24 hours during working days.
6.4 Data retention and backups
When data is deleted, QuickEst will retain backup copies of your data for up to 90 days solely for disaster recovery purposes. These backups are encrypted, secure, and will only be accessed in the event of a catastrophic system recovery. After 90 days, the backup data is permanently deleted automatically.
6.5 Legal compliance and disclosure
In certain cases, QuickEst may retain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. If legally required, we may disclose data to law enforcement authorities or respond to lawful requests as per applicable law. This can be done within 90 days of data deletion.

QuickEst processes and stores data in multiple jurisdictions, which may be subject to varying data privacy laws.
Subscription and pricing
When you create an account, you will be given access to a free plan (unless otherwise specified), during which no credit card information or money will be required. Unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan, your free account will remain available. If you do not want to continue using QuickEst, there is no need to cancel it.
If you wish to subscribe, the Subscription Fee will be paid only at the conclusion of the free trial time and will be charged in full and in the currency stated for the Subscription Plan you pick (unless otherwise arranged on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion). During your Subscription Term, your Subscription Fee will stay constant and will include access to all existing services.
When you pay by credit card, you give us permission to charge your credit card or bank account for any costs owed throughout the Subscription Term. You also give us permission to employ a third party to handle payments, and you agree to the sharing of your payment information with that third party.
Until terminated, your membership will be automatically renewed at the amount and frequency mentioned in your selected Subscription Plan (e.g., monthly, annually, or some other period). You may cancel your QuickEst membership at any time without penalty, and you will not be debited again. If you cancel your membership, you will be able to use the services until the end of your then-current Subscription Term.
8. Google API services compliance
Any data received from Google APIs adheres to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
