Which lead sources can I integrate?
QuickEstimate connects with Facebook Lead Ads (via Pabbly), IndiaMART, JustDial, Sulekha, Google Forms, and supports Excel/CSV bulk import. We're adding native IndiaMART and JustDial integrations in Q2 2026.
How does auto-assignment work?
Set rules in your admin panel: assign by city/region, by lead source (Facebook → Amit, IndiaMART → Priya), or simple round-robin. Reps get WhatsApp and in-app push notifications instantly when a lead is assigned.
Can I import my existing Excel lead database?
Yes. Upload any CSV or Excel file with columns for name, phone, email, city, and source. Our importer maps common field names automatically and flags duplicates before import.
Is there a limit on leads?
Free plan: 1,000 leads. Pro plan: 100,000 leads. If you need more, contact us for an enterprise arrangement. Most 5-25 person EPCs never hit the Pro limit.
Can leads enter from my website?
Yes. Embed our lead capture form on your website, or connect your existing form (Google Forms, Typeform, WPForms) via webhook or Pabbly Connect. Leads flow in automatically.
How do I prevent duplicate leads?
QuickEstimate automatically detects duplicates by phone number and email. When a duplicate is found, you can merge records, keep both, or archive the older one. Source history is preserved.
