Do I need WhatsApp Business API?
No. QuickEstimate works with regular WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Web out of the box. For higher volume (500+ messages/day), we recommend upgrading to the official WhatsApp Business API through a BSP.
Can I customize the message templates?
Fully. Edit any template, add your own, and use dynamic variables like {{customer_name}}, {{proposal_link}}, {{subsidy_amount}}, and {{system_size}}. Templates support Hindi and English.
Will customers know it's automated?
Messages come from your team's WhatsApp number, not a bot. The automation schedules and drafts messages, your rep reviews and sends, or you can enable fully automatic sending for certain templates.
Can I track if customers open proposals?
Yes. When you send a proposal via QuickEstimate's WhatsApp share, you get read receipts and open tracking. Know exactly when a customer views your proposal and follow up while it's fresh.
What if a customer replies to an automated message?
Replies come back to your WhatsApp as normal. QuickEstimate logs the reply in the lead timeline and can pause the automation sequence if the customer responds, so you don't keep sending follow-ups to someone who already replied.
Is there a limit on messages?
