QuickEstimate CRM, our premier software product, offers a complimentary 7-day free trial for all users. You can use every Pro-tier feature during this window without sharing payment information.
2. Refund eligibility
If a customer purchases QuickEstimate CRM and implements it according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within the trial period (7 days) and determines that the software does not meet their requirements, we offer a 100% refund of the purchase amount.
3. Refund process
- To initiate the refund process, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The refund request should include details of the implementation and specific reasons for the software's perceived lack of usefulness.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the complete refund request.
4. Post 15-day policy
Refund requests received after 15 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for consideration.
