2. Refund eligibility
If a customer purchases Quickest Solar CRM and implements it according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within the trial period (7 days) and determines that the software does not meet their requirements, we offer a 100% refund of the purchase amount.
3. Refund process
- To initiate the refund process, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The refund request should include details of the implementation and specific reasons for the software's perceived lack of usefulness.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the complete refund request.

Refund requests received after 15 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for consideration.
