7 best solar CRM platforms in Sierra Leone

Quickest Solar CRM is our first pick for a small Sierra Leonean installer or distributor whose immediate problem is slow quoting and follow up that nobody owns. That placement uses a disclosed proposal-first adoption lens and still requires a Sierra Leone proof step. OpenSolar is the clearest free design-first option, Pylon pairs design with an optional CRM, and Sunbase publishes wider solar operations. We compared seven tools against SLE documents, mobile money collection, EDSA connection stages, standards evidence, mini-grid and agent portfolios, offline field work and handover.

Which solar CRM is best in Sierra Leone?

Choose Quickest when proposal speed, lead ownership, field adoption and a free pilot are the first priorities. QuickEstimate owns Quickest and its published evidence is India-first, so Sierra Leonean currency, tax, EDSA stages, mobile money matching, hosting and support all remain unverified until a demo proves them. OpenSolar is better when free solar design leads the purchase, and the free core platform matters more here than in richer markets. Pylon and Sunbase deserve tests where design depth or multi-team operations dominate. Zoho and Odoo suit anyone running mini-grids, agent networks or repayment portfolios.

The best solar CRM by use case

A useful shortlist starts with the sales or delivery bottleneck. Each winner below reflects a different buying priority, while the overall ranking rewards a CRM that a solar sales team can adopt quickly.

The Sierra Leone Solar CRM Fit Test

We saved English and Krio search attempts across Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Brave and Mojeek, then traced one record from a web form or WhatsApp enquiry through site visit, load assessment, quotation, mobile money deposit, design, electrical work, any EDSA application, procurement, transport upcountry, installation, commissioning, invoicing, handover and service. Ranking rewards focused sales adoption first, then solar design, operational breadth, field usability, finance fit and configurable CRM depth. Several Sierra Leonean regulator and revenue websites did not respond when we checked them on the reviewed date, so this page cites the sources that did and says so plainly. Product descriptions come from official vendor pages and remain vendor claims.

01

Solar workflow depth

Can the product carry system details, proposal status, project milestones, and the delivery handoff without rebuilding the process in custom fields?

02

Sales control

Can managers route leads, track activity, automate follow-up, forecast revenue, and see why an opportunity stalled?

03

Proposal and design

Can a rep move from site information to a credible customer proposal, and how much specialist solar design happens inside the platform?

04

Local transaction fit

Does the workflow support the language, currency, tax, communications, documents, and handoffs common in Sierra Leone?

05

Cost to adoption

What setup, migration, training, administration, and extra software does the apparent subscription require?

Evidence standard. This edition uses public product, pricing, regulatory, and market sources checked on Sep 7, 2026. A listed capability may depend on plan or configuration. We did not conduct hands-on tests, so we do not publish numerical product scores.

Pricing and capability labels were checked against official sources on Sep 7, 2026. Currency conversion is intentionally omitted where a vendor does not publish a local price.

Sierra Leone rewards a CRM that assumes the paperwork will have to be rebuilt

Two conditions shape solar software here. Grid access is limited and expensive, so most of the market is off-grid, mini-grid or backup rather than grid export, which changes what a proposal must promise. And official information is harder to retrieve than in neighbouring markets: several regulator and revenue websites did not respond when we checked them for this page. A buyer cannot assume they will be able to look up a rule later, which makes storing the rule, the source, the date and the person who confirmed it a practical requirement rather than a nicety.

01

EDSA distributes and supplies electricity in Sierra Leone and is the counterparty for connection and metering work. Where a job touches the grid, store the customer account, the tariff category taken from the actual bill, the meter type, the supply phase, the requested capacity, the application route, the reference, the inspection, the fees, the appointment, the activation and the completion evidence. A pipeline stage without a reference number and a date proves nothing later.

EDSA Sierra Leone: Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority ↗
02

EDSA publishes a privacy statement, which is a reminder that utility records and solar records overlap. A solar customer file typically holds the electricity account number, the bill image, consumption history, an address, a phone number and often an identity document. Decide which of those you actually need, delete what you do not, and record the purpose for each category rather than collecting everything a survey form can capture.

EDSA Sierra Leone: Privacy statement ↗
03

The Sierra Leone Standards Bureau administers standards and conformity assessment for goods on the market. Equipment evidence belongs against the customer record rather than in a supplier folder, and it matters more where imported stock arrives in irregular batches from several suppliers. Capture module and inverter models, certificates, batch or serial numbers, import documents, the technician who fitted them, test results and warranty terms so a later claim can be answered.

Sierra Leone Standards Bureau: Sierra Leone Standards Bureau ↗
04

Several Sierra Leonean regulator and revenue websites did not respond when we checked them on the reviewed date. Treat that as an operating condition rather than a footnote. When someone confirms a tax treatment, a licensing requirement or a tariff by telephone or in person, the CRM should store the answer, the source, the person, the date and any document photographed at the time, because the same question will be asked again and the website may still be unavailable.

EDSA Sierra Leone: Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority ↗
05

Most Sierra Leonean solar demand is off-grid, backup or mini-grid rather than grid export, which changes the promise a proposal makes. The commercial case is usually about replacing generator fuel or providing hours of supply, not about exporting units. Store the fuel price assumption, the generator runtime it replaces, the outage pattern, the critical load list, the autonomy target and the approver, because those are the numbers a customer will hold you to.

Sierra Leone Standards Bureau: Sierra Leone Standards Bureau ↗
06

Mobile money is the default payment route for most customers, which makes payer matching a core CRM requirement rather than an integration nicety. Test a deposit sent from a relative's number, a duplicate callback, a partial payment, a reversal, a refund and a settlement report. Store the payment reference, the sending number, the confirmed payer, the invoice and the installed asset, and restrict who can see finance data.

EDSA Sierra Leone: Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority ↗
07

Agent-sold solar home systems on repayment terms carry a long tail that outlives the sale. Record the instalment schedule, amounts due and received, arrears, customer notices, the device identifier, any lawful service status action, the payoff, the ownership transfer, the responsible agent and the commission position. Those records need a permissions model that separates who may see finance data from who may change a device state.

EDSA Sierra Leone: Privacy statement ↗
08

Mini-grid work introduces many small connections behind one asset, each with a meter, a tariff, a payment history and a service expectation. Store the site, the generation asset, the connection register, meter identifiers, the tariff applied, the payment method, arrears, disconnection and reconnection events and the community contact. A tool that can only represent deals will break in the first billing cycle rather than the first year.

Sierra Leone Standards Bureau: Sierra Leone Standards Bureau ↗
09

Roads and connectivity outside Freetown make the field record the expensive part of the job. Test the field application on the network the crews actually use, in the districts they actually work, and measure what happens after several hours offline with a full survey queued. A survey lost to a failed sync costs a return journey that can consume a whole day, which is a larger number than any difference in licence pricing.

Each review explains the useful workflow, the buyer who should shortlist it, and the country-specific question that a sales demo must answer.

Best free design-first option

OpenSolar

OpenSolar project CRM ↗

OpenSolar is the strongest free design-first route for Sierra Leone, and the absence of a licence fee genuinely matters here.

Core accessFreeDesignSolar and storageCRM viewsTable and KanbanExtensionAPI

OpenSolar publishes design, proposals, table and Kanban project views, custom workflows, actions, schedules, documents, roles, permissions and an API. In a market where a cross-border card payment is itself an obstacle, a product with no core licence fee removes a barrier that has nothing to do with software quality. That is a legitimate reason to trial it first rather than last.

Validate Sierra Leonean imagery, irradiance, load and battery sizing, off-grid scenarios, equipment libraries, SLE display, field connectivity and document output. Change a design after acceptance and trace price, stock, payment, technical evidence and handover. Review privacy terms, transfers, support coverage, partner presentation, paid services and whether a complete account export is genuinely available.

Why shortlist it
  • No core licence fee to pay across borders
  • Solar design and CRM together
  • Workflow and permission features
  • API available
Check before buying
  • Validate local production inputs
  • Test off-grid and battery cases
  • Test mobile use in the districts
  • Review partner and privacy terms

Choose it if: design and customer-facing proposals lead the purchase and capital is tight. Choose another platform if: connection registers, repayment tracking and payment matching dominate the requirement list.

03
P
Best compact design and CRM trial

Pylon

Pylon pricing ↗

Pylon supports a compact design and CRM evaluation, and the payment method question deserves an answer before the trial.

Trial5 Standard ProjectsUsersUnlimited statedProposalWeb and PDFCRMOptional

Pylon documents solar and battery design, web and PDF proposals, design history, integrations and a solar CRM add-on. It says new users receive credits for five Standard Projects and teams can add unlimited users. That supports a practical test involving sales, design and management before the buyer assumes the product will replace a spreadsheet and a chat group.

Confirm the dollar currency, the payment method available to a Sierra Leonean business, project rules, CRM cost, taxes and renewal. Test local locations, weather and production inputs, critical loads, autonomy targets, battery chemistry, SLE display, offline use, roles and support. Review data processing and export, and model several revisions since a site visit upcountry often changes the design after the first quotation.

Why shortlist it
  • Solar and battery design
  • Optional solar CRM
  • Five-project trial credits
  • Unlimited team users stated
Check before buying
  • Confirm currency and payment method
  • Validate local models
  • Test offline behaviour
  • Review privacy, support and export

Choose it if: the team wants to trial solar design, proposals and CRM together. Choose another platform if: payment matching, registers and repayment tracking dominate the requirement list.

S
Best broad solar operations candidate

Sunbase

Sunbase solar CRM ↗

Sunbase publishes broad solar CRM scope, and funder-grade reporting is the capability worth testing here.

CategorySolar CRMPipelineLead and salesOperationsProject workflowSierra Leone priceQuote required

Sunbase positions its CRM around solar lead management, sales, communication, proposals, workflow and operational visibility. For a Sierra Leonean contractor delivering clinic, school and donor-funded installations, producing a defensible project report matters as much as the sales pipeline, because reporting obligations often determine whether the next contract arrives.

Ask for comparable customer references and use a controlled demo from enquiry through survey, proposal, mobile money deposit, invoice, procurement, transport, installation, commissioning and service. Verify SLE handling, document control, offline behaviour, roles, audit history, privacy terms, storage, support hours, the implementation owner, the module list, the contract price, data export and how a post-acceptance change propagates.

Why shortlist it
  • Solar-specific CRM scope
  • Sales and project orientation
  • Project reporting potential
  • Less generic configuration needed
Check before buying
  • Request references and a firm price
  • Test funder-grade project reporting
  • Verify offline and stock handling
  • Review privacy, support and export

Choose it if: a contractor delivers institutional and donor-funded work alongside commercial jobs. Choose another platform if: a free design tool or a simpler proposal CRM meets the immediate need.

Best configurable general CRM

Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM pricing ↗

Zoho is the practical answer when one company runs installation, agent and mini-grid motions at once.

Free users3TypeGeneral CRMAutomationConfigurableSolar designExternal

Zoho CRM offers configurable modules, fields, pipelines, workflow, reports, mobile apps, portals and APIs. Custom modules are the reason to consider it here: a connection register, an agent record, a device register, a repayment schedule and a confirmed rules library can each be their own object rather than being forced through a deal pipeline.

Build or connect load assessment, solar design, SLE quotations, tax treatment, mobile money reconciliation, inventory, EDSA stages, commissioning, assets, warranty and handover. Test mobile offline needs in the districts, processor terms, transfers, retention, API limits, support, a complete export and the administrator effort required after launch rather than during the demo.

Why shortlist it
  • Custom modules for registers and agents
  • Free for three users
  • Mobile apps and APIs
  • Fits several business motions
Check before buying
  • Budget configuration ownership
  • Build register and repayment objects
  • Test payer matching and field evidence
  • Review privacy and contract terms

Choose it if: the company has an administrator and runs more than one business motion. Choose another platform if: the team expects ready-made solar workflows with little configuration.

O
Best configurable operations suite

Odoo

Odoo pricing ↗

Odoo suits an operator whose recurring billing, imported stock and field service have outgrown a sales tool.

StructureModular suiteEntryOne app free statedOperationsBroadSolar engineeringExternal

Odoo combines CRM with quotations, sales, accounting, purchasing, inventory, projects, field service, helpdesk and other applications, plus subscription and recurring billing tooling that is directly relevant to mini-grid and repayment models. Edition, hosting, partner work, custom code and maintenance decide the real cost, and a poor implementation is expensive to unwind.

Verify a workable localisation and accounting route with the responsible implementation partner. Test SLE, tax treatment, landed cost allocation, recurring billing, instalment schedules, serial numbers, offline field work, approvals, warranty, stock transfers and migration. Connect a specialist design tool and define which system owns equipment and price. Review privacy roles, hosting, backups, upgrades, exit and a restorable export.

Why shortlist it
  • Recurring and instalment billing
  • Landed cost and import handling
  • Inventory and field service
  • Flexible for mixed services
Check before buying
  • Verify localisation and tax setup
  • Test recurring billing at scale
  • Price partner work and custom code
  • Add specialist solar design

Choose it if: billing, stock, field service and CRM should share one configurable suite. Choose another platform if: the business wants a solar-specific proposal product with minimal implementation.

Best for marketing-led acquisition

HubSpot CRM

HubSpot free CRM ↗

HubSpot is a capable acquisition layer, but it is the least aligned option with how Sierra Leonean solar is actually sold.

Free usersUp to 2ContactsUp to 1,000StrengthAcquisition and communicationSolar designExternal

HubSpot's free CRM covers contacts, lead management, forms, email, meetings and pipeline for a small user group. It suits a business whose customers arrive through email and web forms. Much of Sierra Leone's solar demand arrives through agents, referrals and physical presence instead, which limits how much of HubSpot's strength the business will actually use.

Price and test the complete stack: messaging, solar design, SLE quotation, tax treatment, mobile money, inventory, offline field delivery, repayment tracking, service and reporting. Use controlled fields for the tariff category, the EDSA reference, the autonomy target, the responsible technician, equipment, commissioning and warranty. Review consent, imports, suppression, processor terms, transfers and export.

Why shortlist it
  • Lead capture and communication tools
  • Free small-team entry
  • Broad integration ecosystem
  • Expandable customer platform
Check before buying
  • Calculate total hub and contact cost
  • Add payment and field systems
  • Configure utility and device records
  • Review privacy, support and export

Choose it if: web and email acquisition genuinely drives the pipeline. Choose another platform if: agents, referrals and field work drive the pipeline instead.

How should a Sierra Leonean solar company choose a CRM?

Choose by the most expensive broken handoff, then test that handoff using real opportunities, real users, and the documents your customers actually receive.

Small proposal-led installerQuickest Solar CRM

Start with Quickest when slow quoting and unowned follow up are the visible failures. Use the free plan on real Sierra Leonean opportunities, including one Freetown backup system and one upcountry job. Continue only if the vendor proves SLE quoting, mobile money matching, offline capture, privacy, support and export in the buyer's own script and contract.

Free design-first startupOpenSolar

OpenSolar fits a team that needs solar design, proposals and project CRM before it can fund a wider stack, and in a market where working capital is the binding constraint the free core platform is often the difference between having a design tool and not having one. Validate imagery, irradiance inputs, battery cases, SLE display, data terms and mobile performance.

Design and CRM in one trialPylon

Pylon is worth testing when web and PDF proposals, solar and battery design and an optional solar CRM all appeal. Confirm the displayed currency, the payment method available to a Sierra Leonean business, model inputs, autonomy modelling, project credit economics, mobile use, permissions, support hours and the evidence produced at handover.

Institutional and donor-funded contractorSunbase

Sunbase targets broader solar sales and operational workflows, which suits a contractor delivering clinic, school and donor-funded installations alongside commercial work. Ask for comparable references and test document control, funder-grade reporting, scheduling, stock, offline behaviour, privacy, commissioning and export. Request current pricing for the actual module set.

Mini-grid or agent-network operatorZoho CRM or Odoo

A configurable platform can model connection registers, agents, repayment schedules, devices, stock, service and several business lines together. That flexibility requires an administrator, a specialist solar design tool, a secure payment integration and disciplined data ownership. Odoo is stronger for operational modules and recurring billing; Zoho is the more familiar CRM route.

Marketing-led installerHubSpot CRM

HubSpot fits a business whose first priority is forms, campaigns, email, meetings and pipeline visibility. Budget the solar design, quotation, tax, mobile money, project, inventory, service and governance tools around it, and be realistic about whether a contact-tier pricing model suits the size of the addressable audience.

The Three-Deal Proof

Run the same three opportunities in every shortlisted CRM: one ordinary lead, one revision-heavy project, and one deal that already failed. This removes demo theatre and exposes repeated entry, stale documents, weak mobile adoption, and missing local support.

  1. 1
    Run the clean deal

Capture a real lead, assign it, create the proposal, schedule follow-up, record acceptance, and hand it to delivery.

  2. 2
    Change the assumptions

Change the system, equipment, price, payment route, and installation date. Identify every stale record.

  3. 3
    Recreate a failure

Use a duplicate, missed follow-up, rejected proposal, or delayed job and ask the CRM to show what happens next.

9 requirements to verify in Sierra Leone

01

SLE quotation and adviser-approved tax control

Produce a taxable sale, a mixed supply of imported equipment and local services, a deposit, a staged invoice, a variation, a credit note, a refund, a discount and a warranty replacement in SLE. Check inclusive and exclusive display, rounding, taxpayer identifiers, permissions and the signed revision. Because official guidance was not retrievable online when we checked, have a local adviser confirm treatment in writing and store their answer with a date.

02

Offline-first rule and source capture

Give the CRM a place to store a rule, its source, the person who confirmed it, the date and a photograph of any document seen. Test retrieving that answer six months later. In a market where official websites are not reliably available, an internal record of confirmed rules is worth more than a link that may not resolve when the next customer asks the same question.

03

Mobile money payer matching and reconciliation

Run a deposit sent from a number that does not match the customer, a scheduled instalment, a partial payment, a duplicate callback, a reversal, a failed collection, a refund, a delinquent account and an accounting close using the actual provider. Restrict finance visibility by role, record customer notices and authorisation, and match every payment reference to the invoice and the installed asset rather than to a chat message.

04

EDSA connection and metering evidence

Where the job touches the grid, capture the customer account, the tariff category from the actual bill, the meter type, the phase, the requested capacity, the application route, the reference, the inspection, the fees, the appointment, the activation and the completion evidence. Test a rejected application and a resubmission, and never let a pipeline stage be the only record that an approval exists.

05

Generator replacement and autonomy assumptions

Store the fuel price assumption, the generator runtime being replaced, the outage pattern, the critical load list, the autonomy target in hours, the depth of discharge assumption, the battery chemistry, the cycle warranty, the approver and the date. When fuel prices move, the system should be able to list customers whose case was built on the old figure rather than leaving that to memory.

06

Agent networks, repayment and device lifecycle

Record the instalment schedule, amounts due and received, arrears, notices, the device identifier, any lawful service status action, the payoff, ownership transfer, the responsible agent and the commission position. Test an early payoff, a default, a device swap and an agent leaving the business, and confirm the permissions model separates finance visibility from device control.

07

Mini-grid connection register and billing data

Model the site, the generation asset, the connection register, meter identifiers, the tariff applied, the payment method, arrears, disconnection and reconnection events and the community contact as their own objects. Test adding fifty connections behind one asset and producing a report a funder would accept. A deal pipeline cannot represent this shape of business.

08

Offline field capture outside Freetown

Have a field user work on the real phone in the districts. Capture location with a lawful purpose, load inventory, the bill image, roof or ground photographs, hazards, access, design inputs, equipment and serial numbers, delivery, tests, signatures, defects and commissioning. Check offline conflict resolution, image compression, timestamps, supervisor review, lost device controls and later sync without duplicate jobs.

09

Handover, warranty and service history

Export the accepted scope, variations, the as-built design, installed equipment and serial numbers, photographs, test results, commissioning, any utility evidence, invoices and payment status, warranties, manuals, monitoring access, training, signatures, open defects and the service contact. For financed systems add the repayment and ownership status, and confirm a complete readable archive the customer can keep.

Contract rule: A country name on a vendor website does not prove that local billing, documents, integrations, support hours, or regulatory workflows are included in your plan. Put each required capability in the order form.

What does solar CRM software cost in Sierra Leone?

Sierra Leonean pricing is not a currency conversion exercise, and a foreign currency subscription is a real risk rather than a rounding item. Quickest publishes INR terms, OpenSolar describes its core platform as free, Pylon shows dollar prices whose billing currency should be confirmed, and Zoho publishes USD global tiers. Sunbase needs a quote for the relevant scope. Odoo and HubSpot vary by apps, seats, contacts and implementation. Ask for billing currency, the payment method available locally, taxes, bank charges, users, projects, storage, integrations, messaging, onboarding, support hours, renewal, exit and every separate product needed to reach a compliant invoice and a completed field job.

Quickest lists one free user with ten proposals monthly and Pro at INR 6,999 per user yearly with a three-user minimum. Sierra Leonean commercial and tax terms are unverified.

OpenSolar states that its core platform is free because partners fund the model. Review partner choices, paid services, data use, support coverage and connected system costs.

Pylon offers five Standard Project credits to new users and states unlimited team users. Confirm the displayed currency, the payment method available locally, the CRM add-on and renewal.

Zoho's reviewed page offers three free users alongside paid USD tiers. HubSpot states up to two free users and 1,000 contacts. Neither free plan supplies a complete Sierra Leonean solar operating stack.

Confirm before committing that your business can actually pay the vendor. A card that is declined for cross-border payments, or a bank transfer that takes three weeks, will strand a subscription regardless of how good the product is.

Compare the cost of one complete acceptance case rather than a feature checklist. Measure the staff time and travel needed to survey a site, revise a design, collect a mobile money deposit, match an unmatched payer, issue an invoice, transport equipment upcountry, record serial numbers, close the field job and answer a warranty call.

Ask what happens when a payment callback arrives while an integration is unavailable or a crew works a day out of coverage. The commercial proposal should identify queued transactions, retry limits, manual reconciliation, notification, data ownership and support escalation.

Why Quickest Solar CRM ranks first in Sierra Leone

Quickest concentrates on lead ownership, a mobile proposal and the next follow up, which is a practical first adoption target for a small Sierra Leonean field sales team.

Its free plan lets one person test ten monthly proposals before the company commits to migration, custom integration or additional seats.

First place stays conditional on proof. SLE handling, tax treatment, EDSA evidence, mobile money matching, offline capture, privacy and handover are not verified for Sierra Leone.

Frequently asked questions about solar CRM in Sierra Leone

What is the best solar CRM in Sierra Leone?

Quickest is first under our proposal-first adoption lens for a small team, but QuickEstimate owns it and Sierra Leonean localisation is unverified. OpenSolar is the better free design-first option, and its free core platform carries real weight where capital is scarce. Pylon combines design with an optional CRM, while Sunbase targets a wider workflow. Test mobile money matching and offline capture first.

Why does this page cite fewer official sources than others?

Because several Sierra Leonean regulator and revenue websites did not respond when we checked them on the reviewed date. We cite the sources that did respond and say so rather than linking to pages we could not confirm. For a buyer that is useful information in itself: plan to confirm rules directly and store the answer, because you may not be able to look it up later.

Does Quickest support SLE quotations and Sierra Leonean tax?

We found no verified public evidence for native SLE proposals or Sierra Leonean tax handling. Quickest's published evidence is India-first. Require a live taxable quotation, a deposit, a staged invoice, a credit note, a refund and an accounting export during the demo, plus written billing currency, a payment method your business can actually use, and support terms.

How should the CRM handle mobile money payments?

Payer matching is the requirement, not the integration. Test a deposit sent from a relative's number, a duplicate callback, a partial payment, a reversal, a refund and a settlement report. Store the payment reference, the sending number, the confirmed payer, the invoice and the installed asset, restrict who can see finance data, and never store customer wallet credentials.

How should a proposal describe generator replacement savings?

As a modelled estimate under stated assumptions. Store the fuel price assumption, the generator runtime being replaced, the outage pattern, the critical load list, the autonomy target and who approved the model. When fuel prices move, the system should be able to identify customers whose case rested on the old figure, because they will ask.

Can a CRM handle a mini-grid connection register?

Only if it can model many connections behind one generation asset, each with a meter, a tariff, a payment history and a service record. Test adding fifty connections behind one site and producing a report a funder would accept. A tool that only represents deals will fail in the first billing cycle, which is why mini-grid operators usually end up on a configurable platform.

What data protection terms should a Sierra Leonean buyer insist on?

Require written processor terms covering purposes, security, access control, subprocessors, transfers, retention, deletion, breach notification, support access and a complete export. Collect fewer identity documents than the survey form allows, because holding less data is the cheapest and most reliable control available to a small business.

Which free CRM can a Sierra Leonean installer test first?

Quickest offers one user and ten proposals monthly. OpenSolar publishes a free core solar platform. Zoho offers three free users, and HubSpot states up to two users and 1,000 contacts. Before committing to any paid tier, confirm that your business can actually make the cross-border payment the vendor requires.

What belongs in a Sierra Leonean solar handover pack?

Include the accepted scope, variations, the as-built design, installed equipment and serial numbers, photographs, test results, commissioning, any utility evidence, invoices, payment status, warranties, manuals, monitoring access, training, signatures, open defects and the service contact. For financed systems add the repayment and ownership status.
