8 best solar CRM platforms in Pakistan

Quickest Solar CRM ranks first for a proposal-first Pakistani solar sales team under a disclosed adoption lens. We compare it with seven alternatives using live English and Urdu search attempts, official product material, and current Pakistan evidence on NEPRA prosumer rules, DISCO handoffs, net billing, PKR quotations, tax, privacy, WhatsApp, field work, batteries, commissioning, warranty, and customer handover.

Which solar CRM is best in Pakistan?

Quickest Solar CRM is our number-one proposal-first trial for a Pakistani installer that values mobile adoption, lead ownership, fast quoting, and disciplined follow-up. QuickEstimate publishes this comparison, sells Quickest, and states that the ranking is not independent. Its public evidence is India-first, so Pakistani buyers must verify PKR, tax documents, local tariffs, the current NEPRA prosumer journey, each DISCO, Urdu output, payments, privacy, weak-connectivity work, commissioning, support, and export. HysabOne is the strongest Pakistan-specific operations candidate on published claims, while OpenSolar provides the strongest free core design reference.

The best solar CRM by use case

A useful shortlist starts with the sales or delivery bottleneck. Each winner below reflects a different buying priority, while the overall ranking rewards a CRM that a solar sales team can adopt quickly.

01Best proposal-first adoption trialQuickest Solar CRM

Small Pakistani sales teams testing lead ownership, mobile PKR quotes, follow-up, and pipeline discipline

Indian public terms: one free user and 10 proposals monthly; Pro has a three-user minimum. Pakistan price, tax, and availability require confirmation.

Battery, off-grid, and commercial designers that need detailed energy and financial modelling

Starter is USD 135, Pro USD 260, and Complete USD 450 monthly on annual prepayment. Monthly billing and onboarding cost more.
07Best configurable operations suiteOdoo

EPCs seeking one configurable suite for CRM, sales, procurement, inventory, projects, field work, accounting, and service

The captured page showed promotional and standard US-dollar rates. Implementation, custom development, Odoo.sh, SMS, and other credits can cost extra.

The captured page shows regional selectors and says local taxes may apply, but it did not prove a PKR price. Confirm at checkout or by quote.

The Pakistan Solar CRM Fit Test

We captured ten live Pakistan searches across CRM, proposal software, pricing, NEPRA workflows, and Urdu phrasing. Seven English DuckDuckGo Lite queries returned usable results. The broad query and two Urdu searches returned HTTP 202, so no Urdu ranking claims are made. We checked ranking pages, local products, current NEPRA instruments, FBR guidance, an official PECA compilation, Ministry of IT search material, State Bank resources, and vendor pages. Quickest leads because proposal-first adoption carries extra weight. Public pages cannot prove daily usability, localisation, support, or implementation quality precisely enough for numeric product scores.

01

Solar workflow depth

Can the product carry system details, proposal status, project milestones, and the delivery handoff without rebuilding the process in custom fields?

02

Sales control

Can managers route leads, track activity, automate follow-up, forecast revenue, and see why an opportunity stalled?

03

Proposal and design

Can a rep move from site information to a credible customer proposal, and how much specialist solar design happens inside the platform?

04

Local transaction fit

Does the workflow support the language, currency, tax, communications, documents, and handoffs common in Pakistan?

05

Cost to adoption

What setup, migration, training, administration, and extra software does the apparent subscription require?

Evidence standard. This edition uses public product, pricing, regulatory, and market sources checked on 6 September 2026. A listed capability may depend on plan or configuration. We did not conduct hands-on tests, so we do not publish numerical product scores.

Pricing and capability labels were checked against official sources on 6 September 2026. Currency conversion is intentionally omitted where a vendor does not publish a local price.

A Pakistani solar CRM must preserve the current prosumer, DISCO, tax, design, and handover record

A Pakistani rooftop record should connect the consumer and sanctioned load, serving DISCO or K-Electric, site survey, design, proposal revision, equipment, application, completeness response, technical review, agreement, demand notice, payment, installation, inspection, commissioning, meter, imported and exported energy, warranties, privacy choices, and handover. Battery-first and off-grid jobs need a separate path that does not assume export approval or prosumer economics.

04

The rules require a load-flow study for proposed facilities of 250 kW or above and say an application cannot be entertained when distributed generation on the relevant distribution transformer has reached 80 percent of rated capacity. Store transformer feedback, study status, responsible engineer, assumptions, files, queries, decisions, and scope changes.

Each review explains the useful workflow, the buyer who should shortlist it, and the country-specific question that a sales demo must answer.

Best published Pakistan operations fit

HysabOne

HysabOne solar industry software ↗

HysabOne publishes the strongest Pakistan-specific operations proposition in this shortlist, but its design, regulatory, tax, mobile, security, integration, and support claims still require a live test and references.

Advertised startPKR 3,499 monthlyTrial14 daysLocal positionPakistan solar ERP

HysabOne's official solar page positions the product for Pakistani installers, equipment dealers, renewable-energy companies, and EPC contractors. It lists quotation generation, site surveys, project management, equipment inventory, installation scheduling and tracking, warranty tracking, AMC management, after-sales service, performance monitoring, and FBR or GST compliance.

Why shortlist it
  • Pakistan-specific solar and PKR positioning
  • Broad quotation-to-inventory-to-service scope
  • Advertised local entry price and trial
Check before buying
  • Prove current NEPRA, DISCO, net-billing, Urdu, tax, privacy, security, and full-export behaviour
  • Confirm design depth, mobile offline use, implementation, support hours, references, and renewal terms

Choose it if: Pakistan-specific operations, inventory, installation, warranty, service, and accounting matter more than a globally documented specialist design engine. Choose another platform if: advanced solar and battery modelling, a free design core, or a lighter proposal-first rollout is the immediate need.

03
OS
Best free core design platform

OpenSolar

OpenSolar Pro ↗

OpenSolar is the strongest free core alternative for design-led residential selling, provided its Pakistani imagery, tariff, equipment, payment, and utility workflow passes the test.

Core priceFreePaid changeExternal connectivity from April 2026ScopeDesign, sell, manage

OpenSolar combines lead capture, AI-assisted and manual design, solar and battery proposals, financial presentation, e-signature, payments, a built-in CRM, project management, teams, hardware ordering, imagery, permitting services, and integrations. Its free core makes it a credible reference product against every paid proposal platform.

Why shortlist it
  • Broad free core for design, proposals, CRM, and projects
  • Solar and battery presentation with e-signature
  • Useful benchmark before paying for another platform
Check before buying
  • Verify PKR, Pakistani tax, tariffs, net billing, NEPRA, DISCO, privacy, language, and support terms
  • Test payments, accounting, weak-connectivity field work, commissioning, handover, and full export

Choose it if: design and customer presentation are central, the team wants a free core, and local validation shows that companion services are available at a sensible total cost. Choose another platform if: offline installation work, deep accounting and inventory, or a tightly focused sales-adoption workflow matters more than an integrated design platform.

Best Pakistan-facing design depth

ARKA 360

ARKA 360 ↗

ARKA 360 is the strongest design-heavy Pakistani alternative, but buyers must resolve its plan and CRM inclusions and verify current net-billing, equipment, DISCO, and tax outputs.

Captured USD entry$199 per monthDesignResidential and commercialCRMPlan-dependent

ARKA 360 documents residential and commercial design, shading, 3D visualisation, layouts, CAD, SLD, production and financial reports, proposals, lead management, surveys, tasks, and APIs by plan. Its official page publishes Pakistan pricing sections, which gives it stronger local commercial evidence than most international design products here.

Why shortlist it
  • Advanced solar design and proposal scope
  • Residential and commercial capabilities by plan
  • Lead, task, survey, and API functions are documented
Check before buying
  • Verify PKR, Pakistani tax, tariffs, net billing, NEPRA, DISCO, privacy, language, and support terms
  • Test payments, accounting, weak-connectivity field work, commissioning, handover, and full export

Choose it if: the company wants design depth and sales tools in the same shortlist and has technical staff to validate outputs and administer the workflow. Choose another platform if: a simple free platform, transparent usage pricing, or deeper post-sale operations is the priority.

Best usage-priced solar design

Pylon

Pylon pricing ↗

Pylon offers the clearest low-commitment design pricing in this shortlist, but several technical and integration cues are Australian and require Pakistani validation.

Standard$4 per projectPro$10 per projectCRMFrom $49 per user monthly

Pylon publishes high-resolution imagery, panel placement, solar and battery design, shading, interval-data analysis, financial projections, web and PDF proposals, signatures, card payments, SLDs, voltage-rise reports, job sheets, owner manuals, integrations, and an optional sales CRM. Usage pricing can fit a team that does not want a fixed design subscription.

Why shortlist it
  • Transparent per-project design model
  • Strong proposal, battery, interval-data, and install-document scope
  • Optional CRM avoids forcing every buyer into a sales subscription
Check before buying
  • Verify PKR, Pakistani tax, tariffs, net billing, NEPRA, DISCO, privacy, language, and support terms
  • Test payments, accounting, weak-connectivity field work, commissioning, handover, and full export

Choose it if: design volume varies and the team wants capable solar proposals and project documents without a large fixed design commitment. Choose another platform if: the company wants a free core, a broad operations suite, or a CRM with deeper marketing automation.

SolarPlus documents solar and battery sizing, interval-data and appliance load analysis, off-grid work, demand tariffs, peak shaving, EV and hot-water modelling, system upgrades, lifetime cash flow, PPA and financial analysis, string configuration, equipment, proposals, option comparison, pricing, CRM, tasks, contracts, invoicing, installation job packs, safety documents, and handover manuals.

Why shortlist it
  • Deep solar, storage, load, tariff, and finance modelling
  • Workflow reaches installation packs and handover
  • Residential, commercial, and off-grid use cases
Check before buying
  • Verify PKR, Pakistani tax, tariffs, net billing, NEPRA, DISCO, privacy, language, and support terms
  • Test payments, accounting, weak-connectivity field work, commissioning, handover, and full export

Choose it if: technical design, batteries, commercial modelling, and consistent project documents justify a specialist platform and a careful localisation project. Choose another platform if: the business needs a lighter sales workflow, a free core, or general accounting and inventory more than advanced energy modelling.

Best configurable operations suite

Odoo

Odoo pricing ↗

Odoo is the most operationally ambitious option here, but it becomes a project rather than a simple CRM purchase and needs a strong Pakistani implementer plus specialist solar design.

Odoo brings CRM, sales, quotations, signatures, accounting, invoicing, purchasing, inventory, documents, projects, planning, timesheets, field service, help desk, website, marketing, and reporting into one app family. That can reduce duplicate customer, supplier, stock, job, invoice, and service records for an installer willing to implement an ERP-shaped process.

Why shortlist it
  • Broad CRM-to-accounting and field-service scope
  • Inventory, purchasing, projects, invoices, and documents can share records
  • One App Free can support a narrow test
Check before buying
  • Verify PKR, Pakistani tax, tariffs, net billing, NEPRA, DISCO, privacy, language, and support terms
  • Test payments, accounting, weak-connectivity field work, commissioning, handover, and full export

Choose it if: operational fragmentation across sales, procurement, stock, jobs, billing, and service is the central problem and management will sponsor implementation. Choose another platform if: the immediate need is a quick solar proposal rollout or advanced PV and battery design without an ERP project.

Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM pricing ↗

Zoho CRM offers broad configurable sales control at a low starting point, but a Pakistani solar company must own the data model, solar design connection, field process, and ongoing administration.

Zoho CRM publishes leads, contacts, activities, forms, pipelines, email, calling, mobile apps, imports and exports, reports, APIs, workflow automation, custom modules, approvals, inventory, CPQ, portals, journeys, forecasting, sandboxes, and security controls across its editions. This breadth suits a business with multiple lead sources and formal sales governance.

Why shortlist it
  • Broad forms, pipelines, automation, approvals, portals, reports, and APIs
  • Free edition for three users
  • Flexible custom modules for a controlled implementation
Check before buying
  • Verify PKR, Pakistani tax, tariffs, net billing, NEPRA, DISCO, privacy, language, and support terms
  • Test payments, accounting, weak-connectivity field work, commissioning, handover, and full export

Choose it if: the company wants general CRM depth, has several marketing and sales motions, and can fund an owner for configuration and governance. Choose another platform if: the team wants solar design, proposals, utility stages, and handover with less custom work.

How should a Pakistani solar company choose a CRM?

Choose by the most expensive broken handoff, then test that handoff using real opportunities, real users, and the documents your customers actually receive.

Small proposal-first installerTrial Quickest beside OpenSolar

Quickest gets the first adoption test when lead ownership, mobile PKR proposals, WhatsApp follow-up, and pipeline review are the immediate problems. OpenSolar supplies a free design-led reference. Require complete Pakistan localisation before live rollout.

Pakistan operations-led EPCEvaluate HysabOne carefully

HysabOne publishes Pakistan-specific claims for quotations, projects, inventory, installation scheduling, warranty, AMC, monitoring, and FBR or GST compliance. Verify each claim in a live account, obtain customer references, and have tax and security advisers review the result.

Design-led residential installerCompare OpenSolar, ARKA 360, and Pylon

These products publish solar design and proposal functions. Test Pakistan imagery, equipment, PKR, tariffs, net billing, NEPRA and DISCO documents, Urdu output, payments, weak-connectivity use, commissioning, and support.

Battery, off-grid, or commercial designerPut SolarPlus on the shortlist

SolarPlus documents load, battery, off-grid, demand-tariff, finance, proposal, CRM, installation, and handover functions. Replace its Australian assumptions with current Pakistani electrical, tariff, tax, climate, contract, and support inputs.

Configurable business platformCompare Odoo and Zoho CRM

Odoo reaches purchasing, inventory, projects, field service, invoicing, and accounting. Zoho offers broad sales control and automation. Both require specialist solar design, governed Pakistan configuration, tax review, and an implementation owner.

The Three-Deal Proof

Run the same three opportunities in every shortlisted CRM: one ordinary lead, one revision-heavy project, and one deal that already failed. This removes demo theatre and exposes repeated entry, stale documents, weak mobile adoption, and missing local support.

  1. 1
    Run the clean deal

Capture a real lead, assign it, create the proposal, schedule follow-up, record acceptance, and hand it to delivery.

  2. 2
    Change the assumptions

Change the system, equipment, price, payment route, and installation date. Identify every stale record.

  3. 3
    Recreate a failure

Use a duplicate, missed follow-up, rejected proposal, or delayed job and ask the CRM to show what happens next.

10 requirements to verify in Pakistan

01

PKR quotes, tax, and accounting

Build residential, commercial, battery, and off-grid quotes in PKR. Test equipment, freight, import-sensitive costs, installation, civil work, discounts, advances, milestones, retention, credit notes, and cancellation. Have the accountant approve federal and provincial treatment, invoice output, withholding, returns, and books integration.

02

Current rule version and 25 kW branch

Record application date, proposed capacity, sanctioned load, rule version, amendment, reviewer, and approval route. Test one system at or below 25 kW and a larger system. Preserve the accepted proposal and earlier regulatory path when rules or capacity change.

03

DISCO and K-Electric process

Use the serving licensee and its current forms. Test completeness acknowledgement, missing-document return, initial review, agreement, connection estimate, demand-notice payment, Authority concurrence where applicable, installation, commissioning, meter, billing, rejection, correction, and complaint with owners and timestamps.

04

Sanctioned load, transformer, and study

Prevent an unreviewed proposal from exceeding sanctioned load. Store transformer response and the 80 percent capacity gate. For 250 kW or above, control load-flow-study inputs, revisions, reviewer, queries, approval, and the exact document used for commercial commitments.

05

Net billing and five-year agreement

Model imports at the applicable tariff and exports at the current national average energy purchase price. Store tariff source, effective date, consumption, self-use, export, degradation, losses, finance, uncertainty, agreement start, five-year expiry, transitional status, renewal, and accepted calculation.

06

Battery-first and off-grid separation

Create a distinct journey for backup, hybrid, and off-grid systems. Capture outage profile, essential loads, battery usable energy, power limits, reserve, depth of discharge, temperature, generator interaction, replacement, warranty, and uncertainty without inserting prosumer approval or export income by default.

07

WhatsApp, Urdu, and customer acceptance

Test consent, approved templates, service and marketing messages, opt-out, sender identity, ownership, attachments, delivery state, and write-back. Generate English and Urdu proposals and handover documents, then have fluent commercial and technical reviewers check direction, numerals, units, equipment names, exclusions, payment, warranty, and signature.

08

Payments, banking, and exchange-rate control

Test the actual bank transfer, card, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or payment tools used by the business without assuming a native integration. Keep PKR as the customer currency, record fees and settlement, and version imported-equipment costs against the chosen State Bank or contract rate with source and approval.

09

Privacy, security, and processor terms

Obtain current Pakistani legal advice before rollout. Map data purpose and source, notices, consent, permissions, audit logs, processors, subprocessors, hosting, transfers, security safeguards, incidents, retention, correction, deletion, bulk export, account closure, and lost-device response.

10

Weak-connectivity installation and handover

At a low-signal site, open the approved scope, survey, roof and electrical checks, capture photos, serials, defects, tests, notes, and signatures, then sync without duplicates. Preserve commissioning, meter, warranty, customer training, manuals, service tickets, signed acceptance, and a complete export.

Contract rule: A country name on a vendor website does not prove that local billing, documents, integrations, support hours, or regulatory workflows are included in your plan. Put each required capability in the order form.

What does solar CRM software cost in Pakistan?

Compare PKR cost for users, designs, signatures, messages, APIs, storage, onboarding, and training. Keep vendor currencies unchanged when no Pakistani price exists. A converted price is not a quote, and tax inclusion must be explicit.

Why Quickest Solar CRM ranks first in Pakistan

Quickest ranks first because this comparison gives the greatest weight to proposal-first value and adoption for a small Pakistani field sales team. A focused route from lead ownership to quote, follow-up, and pipeline review can solve the first operating problem before a company funds a larger design or ERP implementation. Its free plan makes that behaviour testable with redacted records.

The commercial relationship and evidence gap are explicit. QuickEstimate publishes this page and sells Quickest, so the ranking is not independent. Quickest public material is India-first, including rupee pricing, Indian tax and subsidy logic, DISCO calculations, language claims, customer proof, and Mumbai hosting. None of that proves Pakistan readiness, and unsupported speed, conversion, revenue, or ROI claims do not form part of this ranking.

A Pakistani trial should begin with a redacted lead and finish with an exported handover record. Create and revise a PKR quote, have tax output approved, attach the design, apply the correct NEPRA rule and capacity branch, use the actual DISCO or K-Electric path, preserve returns and payments, model net billing, test Urdu documents, record commissioning and warranty, and export files plus activity history.

Choose another product when it wins the real bottleneck. HysabOne publishes the strongest Pakistan-specific operations proposition but needs independent verification. OpenSolar provides the strongest free core design platform. ARKA 360, Pylon, and SolarPlus offer different levels of specialist design. Odoo reaches broad business operations, while Zoho CRM provides configurable marketing and sales control.

Frequently asked questions about solar CRM in Pakistan

What is the best solar CRM in Pakistan?

Quickest is our first proposal-focused trial for a small Pakistani solar team because it concentrates lead ownership, mobile quoting, follow-up, and pipeline review. QuickEstimate sells Quickest, so this is not an independent ranking, and its public evidence is India-first.

Does Pakistan still use net metering for new solar prosumers?

The current NEPRA Prosumer Regulations 2026 repealed the 2015 distributed-generation and net-metering regulations and define a net-billing arrangement. Imported energy is billed at the applicable tariff and exported energy is credited at the national average energy purchase price.

Do solar systems of 25 kW or below need NEPRA concurrence?

The August 2026 amendment says distributed-generation facilities of 25 kW or below do not require Authority concurrence and approval is given by the concerned licensee. Larger facilities follow the applicable concurrence route.

What NEPRA and DISCO stages should a solar CRM track?

Track consumer and sanctioned load, serving licensee, application and attachments, completeness acknowledgement, missing information, initial review, transformer capacity, load-flow study where relevant, agreement, connection estimate, demand-notice payment, concurrence or licensee approval, installation, inspection, commissioning, meter, bills, complaints, and renewal. Keep every submission, response, owner, timestamp, rejection reason, correction, and accepted revision.

Should a Pakistan solar CRM calculate one GST rate automatically?

No single solar switch is safe for every contract. FBR distinguishes goods, imports, and services, and provincial rules can also matter.

Can Quickest create Urdu proposals for Pakistan?

The public evidence reviewed here does not prove production-ready Urdu output for Quickest. Treat Urdu as an acceptance test rather than a promised feature.

Which CRM is best for a battery or off-grid solar company in Pakistan?

SolarPlus deserves a technical trial because it publishes detailed load, battery, off-grid, tariff, financial, proposal, job-pack, and handover functions. OpenSolar, ARKA 360, and Pylon are useful design comparisons.

How should a Pakistani installer test CRM payments and mobile field work?

Use redacted records and the payment methods the business actually accepts, such as bank transfer, card, Easypaisa, or JazzCash, without assuming the CRM has a native integration. Check PKR amount, fees, settlement, reconciliation, receipt, refund, and audit history.

Still deciding?

Take the comparison into your next vendor demo.

Use the Three-Deal Proof and require every vendor to show the same lead, revision, document, and failed handoff.
