7 best solar CRM platforms in Greece

Quickest Solar CRM ranks first under our proposal-first value and adoption lens. This guide discloses that commercial relationship and every unverified Greek capability, then compares six alternatives across EUR quotations, VAT, RAAEY and DEDDIE workflows, current self-consumption and export assumptions, Greek documents, GDPR, myDATA, buyer-required structured invoices, batteries, installation, commissioning, metering, and handover.

Which solar CRM is best in Greece?

Quickest Solar CRM is our first proposal-first trial for a Greek solar team. QuickEstimate publishes this ranking and sells Quickest. EUR quotations, Greek VAT, myDATA, buyer-required structured invoices, RAAEY and DEDDIE workflows, current self-consumption and export terms, legacy net-metering records, Licensed Electrician Certificate evidence, Greek documents, GDPR processor and transfer terms, Greece support, local payments, accounting, integrations, batteries, installation, testing, commissioning, metering, and handover are all unverified for Quickest.

The best solar CRM by use case

A useful shortlist starts with the sales or delivery bottleneck. Each winner below reflects a different buying priority, while the overall ranking rewards a CRM that a solar sales team can adopt quickly.

The Greece Solar CRM Fit Test

We saved English and Greek searches across Google, Bing, and DuckDuckGo. Google exposed a search shell, Bing was irrelevant, and DuckDuckGo mixed global lists with vendor pages, so we do not invent organic positions or People Also Ask questions. The bounded Grok stage returned no completed X evidence report. We assessed vendor pages against RAAEY, DEDDIE, the Greek Ministry of Economy and Finance, the European Commission, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, and the Consumer Ombudsman.

01

Solar workflow depth

Can the product carry system details, proposal status, project milestones, and the delivery handoff without rebuilding the process in custom fields?

02

Sales control

Can managers route leads, track activity, automate follow-up, forecast revenue, and see why an opportunity stalled?

03

Proposal and design

Can a rep move from site information to a credible customer proposal, and how much specialist solar design happens inside the platform?

04

Local transaction fit

Does the workflow support the language, currency, tax, communications, documents, and handoffs common in Greece?

05

Cost to adoption

What setup, migration, training, administration, and extra software does the apparent subscription require?

Evidence standard. This edition uses public product, pricing, regulatory, and market sources checked on 6 September 2026. A listed capability may depend on plan or configuration. We did not conduct hands-on tests, so we do not publish numerical product scores.

A Greek solar CRM must carry the job beyond the EUR quotation

The test is whether accepted sales data survives design, DEDDIE review, installation, licensed-electrician work, testing, commissioning, meter handoffs, self-consumption or export setup, invoicing, and customer handover. One generic approval stage cannot represent those responsibilities.

02

DEDDIE publishes the electricity-distribution network-connection route. The CRM should preserve the supply and project identifiers, applicant and authorised representative, connection request, capacity, accepted equipment and design, files, fees, technical terms, communications, corrections, approval, changes, works, commissioning, meter status, and evidence of completion. A stage called grid approval does not prove a successful submission.

Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator: Connection with the network ↗
03

DEDDIE's renewable-energy section links applications for RES stations and material for self-producers under net-metering or virtual net-metering schemes. Rules and available routes can change, so verify the live 2026 arrangement instead of applying historical net-metering assumptions to every sale. Store the chosen self-consumption, net-billing, virtual, or export route, parties, dates, submissions, status, meter basis, and contract evidence.

Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator: Renewable energy sources ↗
04

DEDDIE provides a dedicated Licensed Electrician Certificate service and safety information. The job record should identify the responsible licensed electrician and preserve the accepted design, equipment, protection settings, declarations, inspection and test evidence, revisions, commissioning, DEDDIE conditions, meter work, photographs, warranties, manuals, customer instruction, and signed handover. A CRM checklist does not establish electrical compliance.

Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator: Licensed Electrician Certificate ↗
05

DEDDIE publishes a separate section for electricity storage stations, including application and regulatory material. A battery cannot be treated as one optional quotation line with no operational detail. Store capacity and power, operating mode, equipment, protection, connection route, approved design, settings, commissioning, warranty, customer instruction, and later changes. Require live proof of any claimed DEDDIE storage integration.

Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator: Electricity Storage Stations ↗
06

The Greek Ministry of Economy and Finance publishes the VAT framework and references the 24 percent rate in its guide. Solar work may contain equipment, installation, batteries, services, maintenance, repairs, finance, and building-related work whose treatment depends on the facts. Configure line-level tax and effective dates, then have a Greek adviser approve any different treatment, deposits, milestones, corrections, credit notes, cross-border purchases, and reporting.

Ministry of Economy and Finance: VAT in Greece ↗
07

The European Commission records Greece's structured B2G invoice framework and VAT real-time reporting environment. Requirements are time-sensitive. Test the customer's route, tax and recipient identifiers, required structure, myDATA reporting, validation, transmission, acceptance or rejection, corrections, credit notes, attachments, retention, accounting reconciliation, permissions, and export. An emailed PDF does not prove the complete workflow.

European Commission: eInvoicing in Greece ↗
08

A solar CRM holds identity data, addresses, property photographs, electricity use, signatures, finance material, messages, and employee activity. The Hellenic Data Protection Authority supervises GDPR and Greek data-protection law. Procurement should cover controller and processor roles, Article 28 terms, subprocessors, security, incidents, storage and support locations, transfers, retention, deletion, customer rights, marketing suppression, and complete export.

Hellenic Data Protection Authority: Data protection authority ↗
09

The Consumer Ombudsman mediates relevant disputes and asks complainants to retain contracts, invoices, receipts, and correspondence. A residential sales record should preserve the channel, quotation, terms, pre-contract and withdrawal material where applicable, delivery timestamps, signatures, payments, changes, complaints, and later communication. Greek counsel should approve the installer's actual flow and document versions.

Global solar design and CRM candidate

Arka360

Arka360 official product ↗

Arka360 combines solar design and CRM globally, while current Greek grid and export, tax, privacy, and delivery depth still need proof.

Greece statusLocalisation unverifiedLocal currencyUnverifiedSegmentsResidential and C&ICRMLeads and tasks

Arka360's public product joins AI-assisted 3D design, shading and performance modelling, proposals, CRM, leads, tasks, and project progress. Its public pages describe proposal configuration and residential and commercial use. Greek DEDDIE, self-consumption and export, Licensed Electrician Certificate, VAT, myDATA, structured-invoice, GDPR, Greek-document, WhatsApp, local-accounting, field, commissioning, metering, and handover capabilities remain unverified. Omit its outcome figures unless your evaluation substantiates them.

Why shortlist it
  • Solar design, proposal, lead, and task scope
  • Connects solar design, proposals, leads, tasks, and projects
  • Publicly describes configurable proposal content
Check before buying
  • Verify current Greek grid, export, and legacy-settlement logic
  • Demonstrate DEDDIE connection, equipment, status, and metering records
  • Verify VAT, myDATA and structured e-invoicing, GDPR, WhatsApp, and Greek output

Choose it if: you want to test a global combination of solar design, proposals, and CRM in this shortlist. Choose another platform if: accounting and ERP operations matter more than specialist solar design, or you need a free core product.

03
S
Best electrical and proposal workflow candidate

SurgePV

SurgePV official product ↗

SurgePV is a credible design and electrical candidate, but its unverified Greek grid and export localisation requires a complete proof.

CoreDesign to proposalElectricalSLD and engineering focusTrialGuided demoLocal statusUnverified

SurgePV joins roof modelling, shading, simulation, electrical documents, financial modelling, and proposals. No checked page verifies EUR output, Greek self-consumption or export terms, DEDDIE work, or a DEDDIE API. Require a complete Greek demonstration and reject unsupported outcome claims.

Why shortlist it
  • Combines design, simulation, electrical work, and proposals
  • Publishes integrated design and proposal positioning
  • Public annual per-user pricing and guided demonstration
Check before buying
  • Remove all stale legacy net metering logic from new opportunities
  • Prove DEDDIE, metering, self-consumption, and export outputs
  • Verify CRM, GDPR, VAT, myDATA and structured e-invoicing, field, and handover depth

Choose it if: design, electrical documentation, simulation, and proposals are central and current Greek grid and export checks pass. Choose another platform if: you need documented local fiscal support or want less localisation work during evaluation.

Best free core design platform

OpenSolar

OpenSolar ↗

OpenSolar is the most accessible design-led option, with every Greek grid, tax, privacy, language, and delivery requirement still needing proof.

Core appFreeAPI AccessPaid from 16 Apr 2026ConnectorsSeparately billedStrengthDesign and proposals

OpenSolar keeps site data, design, equipment, production assumptions, price, proposals, and internal project workflow together. The core app remains free, while API Access and supported connectors cost extra. Greek climate and tariff settings, DEDDIE connection, metering, self-consumption and export terms, VAT, myDATA, structured invoices, Greek documents, GDPR, WhatsApp, local support, commissioning, and handover work remain unverified.

Why shortlist it
  • Free core solar design and internal project workflow
  • Connects design inputs to customer proposals
  • Useful specialist companion to a generic CRM or ERP
Check before buying
  • Validate EUR, climate, tariff, export, and tenure assumptions
  • Demonstrate current Greek grid and export and complete handover records
  • Review GDPR, hosting, Greek, support, and data export

Choose it if: free core design and proposals are the priority and the team can define its surrounding Greek stack. Choose another platform if: you require verified local invoicing or a current grid workflow with less configuration.

Pylon

Pylon pricing ↗

Pylon suits project-priced design evaluation, provided Greek assumptions, currency, grid work, privacy, integrations, and delivery evidence pass.

Standard design$4/projectPro design$10/projectSolar CRM$49/user/monthFree entryFive Standard credits

Pylon publishes solar design, interval-data analysis, web and PDF proposals, project tools, API capability, and optional CRM. Its dollar symbol is not clearly EUR pricing. Request Greece terms and total cost. DEDDIE connection, metering, self-consumption and export terms, VAT, myDATA, structured invoices, GDPR, bilingual output, WhatsApp, commissioning, and handover remain unverified.

Why shortlist it
  • Solar-specific design and customer proposal workflow
  • Project-based entry with an optional CRM
  • Interval-data and API capabilities
Check before buying
  • Confirm currency, EUR invoice, VAT, limits, and total cost
  • Validate Greek climate, tariff, and grid and export logic
  • Test GDPR, integrations, local support, and complete export

Choose it if: you want project-priced design and proposals with the option to add a connected solar CRM. Choose another platform if: you need broader operations in one implementation or fiscal scope that your adviser has already approved.

Best configurable generic CRM for WhatsApp-led sales

Zoho CRM

Zoho is a capable generic CRM and WhatsApp candidate when the installer has clear ownership for solar design, grid, finance, and field configuration.

Zoho CRM covers leads, deals, activities, email, automation, reports, mobile apps, custom fields, and a documented WhatsApp Business connection. It needs connected solar design and configured EUR quotations, grid and export, technical-study flags, VAT, myDATA and structured e-invoicing, installation, and handover. Test Meta requirements, templates, opt-in, charges, assignment, attachments, retention, suppression, and export.

Why shortlist it
  • Configurable general sales pipeline and automation
  • Official WhatsApp Business integration documentation
  • Free edition and public global pricing
Check before buying
  • Map the complete specialist solar and accounting stack
  • Test WhatsApp consent, templates, costs, history, and suppression
  • Build grid, export, field, and handover controls

Choose it if: your team values a mature configurable CRM and can own the Greek solar implementation and integrations. Choose another platform if: you want solar design built in or a system whose Greek fiscal scope has already been demonstrated.

Best broad ERP operations candidate

Odoo

Odoo official product ↗

Odoo offers broad operational scope, but Greek fiscal work, solar design, and current DEDDIE delivery all require a complete demonstration.

LocalisationGreece unverifiedBookkeepingPurchased setup must be testedmyDATAExact workflow unverifiedScopeBroad ERP suite

Odoo's suite spans CRM, sales, projects, field service, inventory, invoicing, accounting, documents, and signatures. We did not find a working current Greece localisation page during this review. Treat Greek VAT, myDATA, structured invoices, bookkeeping, retention, audit, and export as unverified until a partner demonstrates the purchased setup. Odoo still needs specialist solar design and configured DEDDIE, licensed-electrician, bilingual, WhatsApp, commissioning, metering, and handover work.

Why shortlist it
  • Broad CRM, sales, project, field, inventory, and finance scope
  • Can reduce handoffs across an established EPC operation
  • Configurable suite with documents and signatures
Check before buying
  • Demonstrate VAT, myDATA and structured e-invoicing, and accounting in the purchased version
  • Define solar design and grid, export, and metering system ownership
  • Price implementation, hosting, custom work, and maintenance

Choose it if: broad operational control outweighs the need for native solar design and you can validate the Greek implementation. Choose another platform if: you need a focused sales trial, a faster design tool, or a lighter implementation.

How should a Greek solar company choose a CRM?

Choose by the most expensive broken handoff, then test that handoff using real opportunities, real users, and the documents your customers actually receive.

Solo or small proposal-led installerTrial Quickest beside OpenSolar

Quickest tests adoption of a focused lead, quotation, follow-up, and pipeline tool. OpenSolar tests free core design and proposals. Use the same home project, then prove EUR, grid and export, VAT, GDPR, bilingual documents, WhatsApp, and handover.

Greece-focused residential sellerCompare Quickest with Arka360

Quickest is the proposal-first adoption candidate. Arka360 is a global design and CRM candidate, but no Greece-specific page or localisation proof was found. Neither should pass procurement without the complete current Greek grid and export and data test.

Commercial and industrial EPCStart with Arka360 and SurgePV

Both position design and proposals for larger projects. Test load data, equipment, simulation, drawings, economics, decision-makers, larger-system grid review, revisions, commissioning, and handover. Neither vendor has verified Greek grid, export, tax, or handover localisation.

Design-led team with an existing back officeCompare OpenSolar with Pylon

OpenSolar offers a free internal core, while Pylon publishes project prices and an optional CRM. Price API, connectors, accounting, support, and users. Inspect how accepted design data reaches grid and export administration and field delivery.

WhatsApp-heavy sales organisationEvaluate Zoho CRM with a solar design product

Zoho is the generic CRM candidate for teams that value configurable pipelines, automation, mobile work, and documented WhatsApp Business integration. It needs a specialist design layer and deliberate grid and export, VAT, myDATA and structured e-invoicing, installation, and handover configuration.

Finance, inventory, and operations-led EPCEvaluate Odoo as the broad operations candidate

Odoo covers CRM, sales, projects, field service, inventory, invoicing, and accounting, but we did not verify a current Greece localisation page. Require the implementation partner to demonstrate VAT, myDATA, structured invoices, bookkeeping, audit, and export in the purchased version. Add specialist design and build the DEDDIE workflow with an accountable partner.

The Three-Deal Proof

Run the same three opportunities in every shortlisted CRM: one ordinary lead, one revision-heavy project, and one deal that already failed. This removes demo theatre and exposes repeated entry, stale documents, weak mobile adoption, and missing local support.

  1. 1
    Run the clean deal

Capture a real lead, assign it, create the proposal, schedule follow-up, record acceptance, and hand it to delivery.

  2. 2
    Change the assumptions

Change the system, equipment, price, payment route, and installation date. Identify every stale record.

  3. 3
    Recreate a failure

Use a duplicate, missed follow-up, rejected proposal, or delayed job and ask the CRM to show what happens next.

10 requirements to verify in Greece

01

EUR quotation and controlled assumptions

Create a Greek euro quotation with consistent EUR display, line-level tax, deposits, milestones, finance or leasing, discounts, exclusions, validity, and revisions. State the bill and consumption source, system size, production method, degradation, self-consumption, export, tariff source, rate, checked date, battery behaviour, and sensitivity. Test residential and non-residential templates separately.

02

VAT, structured invoice, and myDATA handoff

Build outright-purchase, service, mixed-item, staged-payment, cancellation, credit-note, and debit-note samples. Confirm who sets VAT classifications, which system issues the invoice, what passes into myDATA and the required structured-invoice route, how statuses return, where identifiers and QR evidence sit, and how accounting reconciles it. Obtain current tax and structured e-invoice advice.

03

DEDDIE, self-consumption, export, and licensed-electrician records

Record the live route for new 2026 work, including the customer, site, electricity supply identifier, DEDDIE reference, licensed electrician, supplier, and export or settlement counterparty where applicable. Preserve capacity, equipment, documents, submission version, queries, responses, approval, expiry, and owner. Require a live demonstration before treating a link or compliance label as a DEDDIE submission. Keep legacy net-metering contracts only on historical cases.

04

Domestic connection review and non-domestic larger-system grid review routing

Test a small home system, a home battery, a larger commercial connection, and a project with DEDDIE conditions. Store the application, electricity supply and meter data, capacity, equipment, drawings, protection settings, communications, costs, conditions, approval, changes, and commissioning. Use current DEDDIE material and leave technical decisions to licensed and authorised people.

05

Residential and commercial pipeline separation

Residential work needs household contacts, bill and roof data, domestic export assumptions, financing, appointment, and customer communications. Commercial work can require site and billing entities, maximum demand, load profiles, procurement stages, lease or PPA terms, technical studies, approvals, multiple decision-makers, and staged delivery. Test separate pipelines with common reporting and make sure a site, account, opportunity, contract, and installation are not collapsed into one record.

06

English, Greek, WhatsApp, and mobile work

Create the proposal, selected customer messages, consent notice, form labels, terms, and handover checklist in English and Greek, then have a fluent reviewer assess both versions. Test Greek names, addresses, phone numbers, dates, fonts, and EUR values. For WhatsApp, confirm the approved channel, templates, opt-in evidence, conversation ownership, attachments, suppression, retention, and export. Field users should complete core work on phones with weak connectivity considered.

07

GDPR procurement and customer rights

Collect the vendor privacy notice, processing terms, security measures, current subprocessors, hosting and backup locations, support-access countries, incident commitments, cross-border transfer position, retention schedule, deletion process, and usable export. Run a customer access and correction request, consent withdrawal, marketing suppression, staff permission change, account closure, and deletion request. Document the installer's own purposes and retention rules instead of copying vendor language unchanged.

08

Local payments, accounting, integrations, and support

Map the exact systems used for bank transfer, cards, finance, accounting, inventory, email, calendar, telephony, signature, design, and reporting. Verify Greek availability, currency, fees, tax fields, sync direction, duplicate handling, error alerts, retries, permissions, and exit export. Obtain local or regional support hours, languages, response routes, implementation scope, data-migration responsibility, and escalation terms in writing.

09

Installation, testing, commissioning, meter, and handover

A field user should receive the accepted scope and latest drawing, complete the site survey, record equipment and serial numbers, attach photographs, log deviations, and capture the single-line diagram, test results, Licensed Electrician Certificate evidence, contractor records, defects, DEDDIE and meter status, supplier or export correspondence, commissioning information, warranties, manuals, customer training, and signed handover. Approved files must remain versioned and exportable.

10

Migration, permissions, audit, and exit

Import duplicate leads, bilingual contacts, multi-site customers, historical settlement cases, open grid-connection jobs, quotations, documents, consent, tax fields, and invoice references. Test roles for sales, design, grid administration, field, finance, management, and contractors. Inspect changes to prices, assumptions, documents, customer details, and status. Export records, attachments, messages, history, and configuration.

Contract rule: A country name on a vendor website does not prove that local billing, documents, integrations, support hours, or regulatory workflows are included in your plan. Put each required capability in the order form.

What does solar CRM software cost in Greece?

The shortlist mixes Indian rupees, US dollars, unqualified dollar symbols, per-project charges, free internal products, and custom quotes. Do not convert these into a single EUR table and imply Greek contracts, taxes, support, or payment methods that have not been verified.

Arka360 has no public Greek list price on the checked pages. Request EUR billing, limits, imagery, onboarding, migration, support, integrations, taxes, renewal, and exit costs. SurgePV publishes annual per-user prices in dollars: $1,899 for an individual plan and displayed team tiers at $1,499 and $1,299, subject to seat conditions. Confirm currency and Greece terms.

OpenSolar says its core app remains free for end-to-end internal work. API Access became paid from 16 April 2026, and supported connectors follow separate billing. A stack that sends data to an external CRM or accounting product therefore needs a written connectivity estimate. Pylon displays $4 for a Standard project, $10 for a Pro project, and $49 per user per month for Solar CRM. The checked page does not clearly label those dollars as EUR.

Zoho CRM's global page displays Free for three users, Standard at US$14, Professional at US$23, and Enterprise at US$40 per user per month. Confirm billing basis, EUR billing, tax, WhatsApp charges, storage, implementation, and app costs. Odoo offers One App Free and paid all-app plans. Why Quickest Solar CRM ranks first in Greece

Quickest ranks first because this comparison gives the most weight to proposal-first value and adoption. A focused lead, quotation, follow-up, and pipeline path may be easier for a small seller to trial. The free plan shows whether staff keep records current.

The recommendation is conditional and commercially disclosed. QuickEstimate publishes this guide and sells Quickest. We found no public proof of EUR quotations, Greek VAT, myDATA, buyer-required structured invoices, RAAEY or DEDDIE workflows, current self-consumption and export terms, legacy net-metering records, Licensed Electrician Certificate evidence, battery assumptions, Greek documents, GDPR processor and transfer terms, Greece support, local payments, accounting, integrations, installation, testing, commissioning, metering, or handover.

Quickest uses rupee pricing and says customer data is hosted in AWS Mumbai. Review the contracting entity, processor terms, subprocessors, storage and backup regions, support access, cross-border transfers, security, incidents, retention, deletion, and export before uploading customer information.

OpenSolar is the better evidenced choice when accessible solar design and proposals matter most. Odoo is the broad operations candidate, but its Greek localisation is unverified. SurgePV, OpenSolar, and Pylon deserve design-led trials, while Zoho suits teams ready to configure a generic CRM and connect several specialist systems.

Run a home system, a battery case, and a larger commercial connection. Use real sales, design, grid, field, finance, and management users. Record corrections, duplicate entry, stale versions, missed tasks, mobile friction, integration errors, and support. Quickest earns rollout only when every local gate passes.

Frequently asked questions about solar CRM in Greece

What is the best solar CRM for a Greek installer?

Quickest is our first proposal-first adoption trial. QuickEstimate publishes this ranking and sells Quickest, whose Greek localisation is unverified. OpenSolar is the accessible design-led alternative. Odoo is a broad ERP candidate, but its Greek localisation is also unverified. Rollout depends on EUR, VAT, DEDDIE, RAAEY, self-consumption or export, Licensed Electrician Certificate, GDPR, Greek document, accounting, battery, field, and handover tests.

Does Greece have one net-metering or export rate for new solar systems?

Do not assume one rate or contract. Identify the DEDDIE route, meter arrangement, electricity supplier, and the applicable self-consumption, net-billing, virtual, or export agreement. Preserve legacy net-metering on historical contracts instead of making it a new-project default. Date every import and export price, regulated charge, fee, contract, production, consumption, self-use, and battery assumption, then show sensitivity rather than guaranteed savings.

Can solar CRM software submit a DEDDIE connection request?

Do not infer submission from a stage labelled DEDDIE approved. Ask the vendor to demonstrate the supported integration, fields, documents, permissions, statuses, validation errors, and updates. For a manual portal, the CRM can still control approved source data, owners, deadlines, versions, references, returned queries, responses, meter status, and completion evidence. None of the shortlisted products had a publicly verified direct DEDDIE integration.

What VAT rate should a Greek solar quotation use?

The Greek Ministry of Economy and Finance references the 24 percent rate in its VAT guide, but treatment can depend on the transaction and facts. Equipment, installation, batteries, services, repairs, finance, and building work need line-level analysis. Store the code, source, and effective date, then have a Greek adviser approve any different treatment, deposits, milestones, corrections, credit notes, cross-border purchases, invoice wording, and reporting.

Is a PDF invoice enough for Greek electronic invoicing?

Not for every required route. Test tax and customer identifiers, recipient routing, the required structured format, myDATA reporting, validation, delivery or rejection, corrections, credit notes, attachments, retention, accounting reconciliation, permissions, and export. The European Commission records a structured B2G framework and VAT reporting environment. Verify current scope with a Greek adviser and test the exact purchased software implementation.

What GDPR evidence should a Greek CRM vendor provide?

Request Article 28 processor terms, security measures, subprocessors, storage and backup regions, support-access countries, transfer safeguards, incident commitments, retention, deletion, and complete export. Test access, correction, objection, consent withdrawal, marketing suppression, permissions, and closure. Quickest states AWS Mumbai hosting, so a Greek buyer must assess international transfers and every connected messaging, signature, analytics, support, and backup service.

What belongs in the Greek installation and handover record?

Preserve the accepted design, DEDDIE conditions and references, equipment and serial numbers, inverter and battery settings, single-line diagram, responsible licensed electrician, Licensed Electrician Certificate evidence, inspection and test records, photographs, deviations, commissioning, meter work, self-consumption or export setup, warranties, manuals, customer instruction, defects, and signed handover. Include attachments and history in the exit export.

How should a Greek installer test these CRMs?

Run a home system, a battery project, and a commercial job through real sales, design, office, field, and finance users. Complete the EUR quotation, VAT, contract, DEDDIE handoff, self-consumption or export assumptions, installation, commissioning, Licensed Electrician Certificate record, myDATA and structured-invoice exchange, and handover. Record corrections, duplicate entry, stale documents, missed tasks, mobile friction, integration errors, support answers, and total contract cost.
